Cash Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions
To qualify for the $300 cash bonus: You must open a Pathfinder Bank Premier Checking account online or at one of our branch locations and receive qualifying direct deposits totaling $1,500 or more within 90 days of account opening. Qualifying direct deposits are defined as electronic Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposits, such as payroll, Social Security, pension, and government benefits. Deposits that do not qualify include credit card cash advance transfers, wire transfers, person-to-person transfers, internal transfers between Pathfinder Bank accounts, and deposits made at a Pathfinder Bank branch or ATM. The new account will not be eligible for this offer if you or any signer on the account currently has a Pathfinder Bank personal deposit account (includes checking, savings, certificates of deposit, or Money Market accounts), has closed one within the past 90 days, or closed one with a negative balance within the past 3 years.
To qualify for the $200 savings cash bonus: You must open a Pathfinder Bank Statement Savings account at the same time as your Premier Checking account and deposit and maintain a minimum daily balance of $15,000 in new money (funds not currently on deposit with Pathfinder Bank) for 90 days. To be eligible for the $200 savings cash bonus, you must also meet all the requirements for the checking cash bonus.
To qualify for the $200 relationship cash bonus: You must meet all the requirements for both the checking and savings cash bonuses, maintain an active qualifying direct deposit in your Premier Checking account, and maintain a minimum balance of $15,000 or more in your Statement Savings account for six months from the account opening date.
Cash bonuses may be credited at different times depending on account activity but will be paid no later than 10 calendar days after all qualifying criteria are met. All accounts must remain open, active, and in good standing through the date any cash bonus is paid. Pathfinder Bank will charge a $25 early account closure fee on both checking and savings accounts closed within 180 days of opening.
Geographic restrictions may apply. Account opening is subject to approval. The primary account holder must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Pathfinder Bank are not eligible for this offer. Cash bonuses may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-INT or other applicable forms. Please consult your tax advisor. Pathfinder Bank reserves the right to limit an individual to one account-related promotional incentive per rolling 12-month period across all deposit account relationships. Premier Checking: The minimum deposit to open and earn interest on a Premier Checking account is $500. A minimum daily balance of $1,000 is required to avoid a $15 monthly service fee.
Statement Savings: The minimum deposit to open the account, begin earning interest, and waive the $5 monthly service fee is $300.

This rule does not apply to repayments of loans held at this bank.
